50+ Ski With Us is a complimentary weekly guided snowsports program for all Keystone guests
ages 50 and over. Explore with fellow senior guides the best of Keystone's vast and varied terrain
while enjoying a safe, fun, social day with local and visiting senior skiers and boarders. With an
array of snowsports options and seven different ski ability levels to choose from, it's a great
opportunity to meet and ski with people of the same interest and ability.
Visiting groups of ten or more should contact Jeff Lehmann at 970-496-4587 to ensure enough
guides are available to help your group experience a truly great day exploring Keystone's terrain.
SCHEDULE:
Date: Every Thursday from December 1 through March 29.
Place: Meet inside the Summit House at the top of Dercum Mountain.
Time: Ready at 9:00am to organize into snowsport groups and ski levels.
Getting There: Take 8:30am Gondola (River Run) or 8:30am Peru Lift (Mountain House).
Lunch: 11:15am at the Outpost.
More: After lunch enjoy more time on the mountains with your group or join friends in another group.
Holiday Family Ski Dates: During year-end holiday weeks, "under 50" family and friends, including
grandchildren, are welcome to join us!
GUIDED GROUP OPTIONS:
Alpine - Seven ability levels from green/easy blues to expert all-mountain off piste.
Snowboard - Advanced level
Telemark - Advanced level
CAT Shuttle - As conditions allow; for expert skiers & boarders; $5.00 per ride.
Snowbike - By reservation only. Must be certified to join a guided group; lessons (it's easy!) available. For information contact Linda Ginsberg: 970-668-9913
NASTAR - All levels. Popular in January and February before Senior Winter Games
FreshTracks - Available on powder days for a limited number of expert skiers and boarders.

Description: The March 9th concert performed by the Summit Community Orchestra will consist of a variety of pieces of chamber music performed by musicians as well as other talented members of the Summit County Community. The music will include a flute duet, wind quartet, cello quartet, quintet for strings and clarinet as well as harp music and other wind ensembles.

The free concert series has hosted headliners 10,000 Maniacs, Seven Mary Three and Robert Earl Keen. Set right in the River Run Village plaza, the series features plenty of food vendors and beverage carts, and prime seating on the decks of Wolf Rock, 9280' TapHouse, and Luigi's. A kids' fun zone also keeps the young ones busy while you enjoy the music.

Volcolm Peanut Butter and Rail Jam

The Peanut Butter and Rail Jam is Volcom's free amateur snowboard contest series dedicated to giving something back to the kids. Deviating from the established way snowboard contests are run, Volcom put their heads together and came up with a fresh format. Instead of having rails or features set up in a row, three rails are dug in side-by-each to create a single, large rail zone.
The event is absolutely free, on a first-come first-serve basis and boasts tons of free prizes and PB&J sandwiches! Also, everyone who enters walks away with a Volcom PBRJ shirt plus other goodies.
